Chez Josephine is a wonderful restaurant on restaurant row in NYC. It hosts live piano music, delicious food, and wonderful french flare ambiance. The restaurant is owned and operated by two of Ms Bakers sons, who talked with me and gave me their personal reflections on their mother and their 10 siblings who live all over the world. (Ms Baker adopted 12 children from different countries)
